This is an easy read in a maximum (at this stage) of 10 chapters - this is a first try at a Mini book which this instance may get as a rewrite (It has and that is being done on its second day of its existence.). My interest and my preference is for a Living Bill of Rights and would like to encounter a few others who have similar ideas on this so we can come together and develop trial software that would be capable of running in schools, universities or an electorate as a trial to see just what sort of aims or intentions can come from governance by the people.
